Construction (or home renovation) can be hard on a home, but cleaning up correctly can be even harder. Our professional cleaners already know where the dust settles and are trained to clean up effectively and efficiently. For your convenience, we work with your contractor to insure that when they are done with the work, we too will be done with our services – allowing you to begin enjoying a clean, polished space.

Before using our services – please review our Cancellation Policy & Terms of Service
If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please provide at least 24 hours advance notice. Once we take a reservation, we hold that time open for you and turn away other potential customers in order to ensure your time. Please be courteous and give us as much time as possible to reschedule the cleaners. If there is no answer when we get to the jobsite, there will be a $150.00 cancellation fee. Holidays and weekend work is at holiday rate time and a half.
Payment for cleaning is due in full at completion of cleaning (all payments are are due upon completion of the job) – unless you are an established client and other arrangements have been made. *Please note that when paying by credit card that there is a 4 percent fee.
Complete Clean has a minimum charge of $165.00 (that is 1 cleaner for 1.5 hours) plus tax.
Once Cleaning work is complete, client must walk through to make sure it is completed. If no one is available to walk through it when completed than work is considered completed.
Our estimates are exactly that – an estimate. The job could take longer than expected. If there is no answer when we get to the jobsite, there will be a $150.00 cancellation fee.
Right to Refuse to Provide Service
We have the right to refuse taking on any service/job due to rodent dropping, mice dropping, rotten food, mold, bed bugs, cockroaches, or we do have the right to refuse any work. Verbal or physical abuse will not be tolerated.
Mileage Charge (Rates for Traveling Outside REGINA)
Any job outside the city limit will have a mileage charge of $1.00 per km to and from the destination, as well as travel time at a rate of $50.0@ per hour, per cleaner.
Holidays and weekend work is at holiday rate (time and a half).
Our employees are very important to us and we are very concerned with their safety and well being while cleaning for you. If you would like us to clean behind your appliances or furniture, such as your refrigerator, stove or sofa, please have the items moved prior to our arrival to allow us access to the area.
If you or anyone in your family gets a contagious illness, please be considerate of us and call to reschedule your cleaning after the illness is gone.
We believe the cleaning supplies we use are just as powerful as bleach. Therefore, we do not use bleach, nor do we bring bleach into your home. If you would like us to use bleach in your home or business, please supply us with a bottle. We do not accept any liability for any damage that may be caused with the use of bleach.
We respect your privacy therefore we strongly enforce our rule to keep all client personal information confidential. Failure to do so is reason for immediate staff dismissal.
Cleaning Gift Certificates
You may purchase a Gift Certificate for almost any occasion in any denomination. Cleaning Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.
